2. Sign in / Sign up to Oxigen wallet app.
3. Now create your own Oxigen Wallet Visa debit card.
4. Then load Rs. 1500 or more to your Oxigen wallet.
5. Use your Oxigen Wallet Visa debit card at online shopping sites (i.e.
Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon, etc.).
Note: Offer is not valid for transactions at
E-wallet websites such as Paytm, Freecharge, Mobikwik, etc)
6. You will get Rs. 100 cashback in your Oxigen Wallet within few days.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Offer valid from 9th December, 2016 till 5th January, 2017.
2. To get Rs.100- cashback on successful purchase transactions, customer
is required to spend minimum of Rs.1500 using an Oxigen Wallet Prepaid VISA
card.
3. Offer is applicable only when a minimum payment of Rs.1500 is received
from a single Prepaid VISA card in a single transaction.
4. Offer is NOT valid on Any Bill and Utilities payments such as landline,
postpaid bill, Data Card, Gas electricity and water bill etc. Should you choose
to avail this offer, you shall be bound by the Visa transaction guidelines
available.
5. Offer is not valid on any other E - wallet Transactions like Paytm,
Freecharge, Mobikwik, Udio, Happay & EzeTap.
6. Cashback will be given to ONLY those customers who qualify basis the
terms and conditions defined herein.
7. Cancelled or declined transactions are not eligible for the cashback.
8. Offer can be redeemed only once per unique mobile number per wallet
user during the offer period.
9. Offer is applicable for all Oxigen Wallet users, new and existing.
10. This is a Limited period offer available solely at the discretion of
Oxigen.
11. Cashback will be processed within 6 working days from the time of
transaction and will be credited in Oxigen wallet.
12. Maximum cashback shall not exceed Rs.150 irrespective of the
transaction value.
13. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or deal
of Oxigen and cannot be assigned/transferred to any other person/customer.
14. Oxigen reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue the terms and
conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice, at its sole
discretion.
15. In no event the aggregate liability of Oxigen shall exceed the
cashback amount the customer is eligible to receive.
16. The Cash back amount is non-transferable which means you can't
transfer it into any other wallet or bank account.
17. Unlawful modification or abuse of the offer is prohibited.
18. In addition wallet terms of use of Oxigen Wallet shall apply.
19. This offer is at the sole discretion of Oxigen and Oxigen's decision
shall be final and binding on the customer.
20. The offer cannot be availed by Oxigen employees.
21. Unlawful modification or abuse of the offer is prohibited.
22. For any disputes/complaints, please write to care@oxigenwallet.com,
however no disputes/complaints shall be entertained post 5th January, 2017.
23. In case of any disputes, the customer is required to produce proof of
transaction for cashback eligibility.
24. The final discretion in case of any disputes/complaints lies with
Oxigen Online Services, as per the VISA settlement guidelines.
25. In addition wallet terms of use of Oxigen Wallet shall apply.
26. Oxigen disclaims all third party liabilities that may arise from or in
connection with this offer.
27. These terms & Conditions shall be governed by laws of India.
28. Courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
