Reliance JIO can extend its free offer "Happy New Year offer" till June 2017
Reliance JIO
Happy New Year Offer till June 2017 – As with the official launch of the
Reliance JIO services, they introduced “Welcome Offer” in which they includes Free voice and data services on 4G
network which is absolutely free upto December 31, 2016.
Due to some interconnection issues with the other operators, many JIO
users fall in trouble due to huge no. of call drops, which in turn JIO extended
the free benefits offer till 31st March, 2017 for all new and
existing JIO customers by renaming the offer as: HAPPY NEW YEAR OFFER.
Now from the latest reports from various news (this news is not officially
declared by JIO), JIO is working on its NEW OFFER which will be not 100% free
for JIO users instead of which they have to pay a small charges to JIO to extend
the offer till JUNE, 2017 which means for extra three months.
Going to details about the JIO NEW TARIFF OFFER, after 31st March, 2017 any
JIO user who will pay a nominal charges of Rs. 100 approx. to JIO can able to
extend the HAPPY NEW YEAR OFFER till 31st June, 2017 i.e. for extra
three months. As of now in the HAPPY NEW YEAR OFFER all JIO users able to get
1GB free 4G data daily and unlimited data with an FUP of 128Kbps, but in this
JIO NEW TARIFF OFFER it is nowhere mentioned about how much data JIO will offer
in its new offer. Apart from this, the voice calls will remain free for
limetime.
This move to charge nominal charges by JIO can help JIO to test that how
many JIO users are willing to pay for the services after the free offer. In our
Opinion, about 90% of the JIO users will take the above benefits by paying a
nominal charges of Rs. 100. This charge might be for a month or a period of 3
months. But as compared to other telecom operators, by paying just Rs. 100 for
free voice calls, sms, 4G data is the cheapest, which in result will force the
other telecom companies to afford much better data and voice plans at lowest
price to compete with JIO.
