1. First, download the PhonePe wallet from here OR give a missed call on 808868000 to download the app from play store.

2. Open the PhonePe app and sign up on PhonePe (if already done, skip this).

3. In the signing up process give your mobile number and verify that via OTP and complete some other process on it.

Note: The mobile number you register on PhonePe must be your registered with any of your Bank account/s. OR else add your beneficiary bank details by giving your account number, ifsc code, account name, etc.

4. After fetching your Bank details set your UPI pin.

Making Payment on Flipkart through PhonePe app:

5. (skip this if already downloaded), Download the Flipkart app from here.

6. Open the Flipkart app and login to your account.

Notice: Flipkart money is your PhonePe wallet. Before proceeding further you have to activate your PhonePe wallet option to appear in the Flipkart payment gateway. (Visit here)

7. Search products >> add it to your cart >> proceed to checkout process.

8. Update or select your shipping address.

9. Complete the payment through your PhonePe UPI payment mode only to get the cashback offer.

Terms and Conditions:

1. You are eligible for a 20% cashback (“Cashback”) with a maximum cashback of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) during the offer period.

2. The Offer is valid from 00:00 Hours - 13 January 2017 to 23:59 Hours - 15 January 2017 (Offer Period).

3. This Cashback Offer is being conducted by M/s PhonePe Private Limited (PhonePe/Company).The Offer Period may or may not be extended at the sole discretion of the Company.

4. The Offer is available on the website of Flipkart Internet Private Limited (www.flipkart.com) and android mobile app ( (“Flipkart”) for purchases made using PhonePe UPI (Unified Payment Interface) payment option only.

6. There is no minimum transaction limit for this Offer.

7. The Cashback Offer is valid only on your first UPI transaction on Flipkart during the Offer Period.

8. The Cashback would be credited to your PhonePe wallet.

9. The Cashback amount credited to your PhonePe wallet can be withdrawn to your linked bank account using PhonePe app.

10. In order to avail this Offer, you need to link your bank account on PhonePe and set your MPIN (UPI PIN). It could be done in two ways:

11. Download the PhonePe App from the Google Play Store and register with PhonePe using Your mobile linked with your bank account and add Your bank account and set your MPIN (UPI PIN).

12. Click on PhonePe UPI option on payments page of Flipkart, finish the registration with the mobile number linked with Your bank account, add Your bank account and set your MPIN (UPI PIN).

13. In case where cashback has been credited to your PhonePe wallet and You cancel the transaction and You seek a refund, the amount of Cashback shall be deducted from the amount of the refund due and payable to You.

14. In the event You have placed an order for two or more products on which this Cashback Offer is applicable, the Cashback Offer shall be applicable on a sum of the selected products.
